Fans online have reacted to Manchester United star Andre Onana's dig at Manchester City's Bernardo Silva after the Manchester Derby. The Red Devils beat the Cityzens 2-1 at the Etihad in their Premier League clash on Sunday, December 15.

Manchester City came into the game on the back of just one win in 10 games across competitions. However, they took the lead through Josko Gvardiol in the 36th minute. They looked set to finally get three points until the 87th minute but things went downhill for them.

A terrible error from Matheus Nunes ended up in him conceding a penalty, which Bruno Fernandes expertly dispatched. Amad Diallo then incredibly grabbed a winner for Manchester United in the 90th minute.

After the game, Andre Onana posted a picture on Instagram of him leaning on a bent Bernardo Silva during the match.

Fans reacted to the post, writing in the comments:

"Oh lord Andre, cook that cheat"
"Violation"
"Best goalkeeper in the world"

Manchester United star takes a hilarious dig at Manchester City captain Kyle Walker

In another incident where a Manchester United star took a dig at a Manchester City star on Sunday, Rasmus Hojlund appeared to make fun of Kyle Walker. During the match at Etihad, the Danish striker moved angrily towards Walker after getting fouled by him. As he got closer, the Englishman went down in a heap holding his head.

Replays showed that there was minimal contact and it was merely play-acting from Walker. Both players were booked and the match went on. After the game, Hojlund wrote on Instagram:

"Manchester is red. Violets are blue. What a brilliant performance. But the Oscar goes to…"

Hojlund has scored seven goals and provided one assist in 18 games across competitions for Manchester United this season.

Meanwhile, despite the win, the Red Devils stayed in 13th place in the Premier League standings, sitting six points behind fourth-placed Nottingham Forest. They will next face Tottenham Hotspur away in the EFL Cup quarter-final on Thursday, December 19.

Manchester City, meanwhile, are fifth in the league standings, nine points behind leaders Liverpool, who have a game in hand. They will next face Aston Villa away in the league on Saturday, December 21.
