Ronaldo’s YouTube channel has since garnered over 66 million followers.

With two of YouTube's most popular personalities appearing in one video, it is certain to be watched by millions around the globe, thus, supporting Ronaldo's claim of "breaking the internet."

When MrBeast reacted to Cristiano Ronaldo breaking his YouTube record of most followers in a month

While Cristiano Ronaldo still has a long way to go in matching MrBeast's record for most YouTube subscribers, the Portuguese did surpass a record held by the American YouTuber.

Upon launching his channel in August, Ronaldo set a new record for most followers gained on the video-sharing platform in a month. The Portuguese icon garnered 60 million subscribers, surpassing MrBeast's record of 20 million followers in 28 days.

Reacting to Ronaldo breaking one of his records, the American said (via IMPAULSIVE podcast):

"You know, if there was someone who would pass me, I mean, it would be Ronaldo. Ronaldo gained 60 million subscribers last month, shattered my -, I broke the world record for most subs gained in a month, it was like 20 million and then two months later, Ronaldo comes on and 3x's it."
"This platform has existed for 15 years, I shatter the record and Ronaldo just 3x's it, his first month on the platform. He's crushing. Ronaldo is Mr. Rizz," he added.

Cristiano Ronaldo holds the record for the most followers on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and X. He could surpass MrBeast to become the most followed on YouTube soon.
