Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema, along with many other players, will feature in a Netflix documentary about life in the Saudi Pro League, according to Madrid Xtra. The Portuguese superstar currently plays for Al-Nassr, while the Frenchman is part of Al-Ittihad's roster.

The show, titled Saudi Pro League: Kickoff, is all set to premiere on November 21 this year and will also feature Neymar and Steven Gerrard, among others. It will shed light on the life of footballers in Saudi Arabia.

Cristiano Ronaldo shared the pitch with Benzema during their time with Real Madrid. The two of them moved to the Santiago Bernabeu in the summer of 2009 and spent nine seasons there, featuring in 342 games together and combining for 76 goals.

The Portuguese enjoyed tremendous success with the LaLiga giants, winning multiple trophies, including the league and the Champions League. He also forged the famous BBC - Bale, Benzema, Cristiano - attacking trio at Real Madrid.

The five-time Ballon d'Or winner left the Spanish champions in 2018 to join Juventus. By then, Cristiano Ronaldo was the club's record goalscorer, with 450 goals from 438 games.

The Portuguese spent three seasons at Turin before returning to Manchester United in 2021. The 39-year-old left the Red Devils in December 2022 and moved to Al-Nassr.

Since his arrival, Ronaldo has inspired multiple top players to move to the Middle East. Karim Benzema, who won the Ballon d'Or in 2022 following an exceptional campaign with Real Madrid, arrived at Al-Ittihad in 2023. The 36-year-old left the Santiago Bernabeu as a club legend, registering 354 goals from 646 games.

Cristiano Ronaldo has continued his goalscoring form in the Middle East, and now has 67 goals from 75 games for Al-Nassr, as per Transfermarkt. The Portuguese is now the Saudi club's fourth-highest goalscorer in history.

He is 54 goals shy of Al-Nassr's record goalscorer Mohammed Al-Sahlawi, who has scored 121 goals from 257 games for the club. However, Ronaldo's contract expires at the end of this season and he hasn't signed a new deal yet.

Recent reports have suggested that the Portuguese superstar is likely to be offered a new deal soon. While he won the league with Manchester United, Real Madrid and Juventus, the Saudi Pro League has eluded Ronaldo so far.

Al-Nassr are currently third in the league table after eight games, six points behind leaders Al-Hilal.
