YouTube star MrBeast made a comment about Cristiano Ronaldo's age in a recent video collaboration, to which the Portuguese icon responded by stating that he will live until he reaches 100 years. Ronaldo recently hosted the American YouTuber on his channel, where they discussed various topics.

During their discussion, Jimmy Donaldson, aka MrBeast, commented on the Portuguese legend's age, saying (via SPORTbible):

"Almost 40! You're about to die, what's it like?"

After laughing off the comment, the Real Madrid legend emphatically stated:

"I'm going to live until I'm 100, just to let you know. In football, this is a long career because most of the time they retire at 33, 34 or 36."

Cristiano Ronaldo is famed for his dedication to exercise and a stringent diet, and his discipline has seen him extend his career well past most footballers. He will turn 40 next February.

While he moved away from the top level of club football in January 2023 with his switch to the Saudi Pro League, Ronaldo continues to perform at an exceptional level for the Portuguese national team.

"Maybe, I’ll see. He is 14 now," Cristiano Ronaldo while discussing the possibility of playing alongside his son with MrBeast

During the aforementioned conversation, Ronaldo discussed the possibility of playing alongside his son, Cristiano Jr., one day.

MrBeast enquired about the possibility of the legendary forward playing alongside his son one day by using the example of NBA star LeBron James and his son Bronny James. LeBron made his debut in 2003 and has since become one of the best players in the sport's history. At the beginning of the ongoing season, his son Bronny joined him in the LA Lakers roster.

MrBeast asked (via GOAL):

"It’s crazy how LeBron is not playing with his son, are you making to make that happen in the football world?"

Cristiano Ronaldo replied:

"Maybe, I’ll see. He is 14 now."

The American continued prodding, saying:

"Maybe get him to play when he’s 17, so you’d have to play for three more years."

The five-time Ballon d'Or winner replied:

"Let’s see, let’s see how my legs are doing, we’ll see."

Cristiano Ronaldo's contract with Al-Nassr expires in the summer of 2025. If the Portuguese star decides to extend his stay with the side, he and his son could line up together in the Saudi Pro League before his retirement.
