The goals and the accolades keep coming for Al-Nassr superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, who continues to age like fine wine.
On Saturday, the 38-year-old bagged a sensational free-kick winner in Al-Nassr's 2-1 Saudi Pro League home win over Damac on Saturday (October 21). It has won him the league's goal of the week award.
After Damac had taken a surprise lead on the cusp of half-time, Talisca restored parity for the hosts seven minutes into the second period. Ronaldo then netted his free-kick winner four minutes later to give his side all three points.
Ronaldo bulged the net with a curler into the right corner, leaving Damac custodian Moustapha Zeghba rooted to his line. It was a sensational 30-yard strike from the five-time Ballon d'Or winner. Here's the video of his strike that earned Ronaldo the Saudi Pro League goal of the week in Week 10.
Following the come-from-behind win, Luis Castro's side returned to winning ways following a 2-2 draw with Abha. Now third in the league, Al-Nassr trail leaders Al-Hilal (26) by four points.
