Callum Hudson-Odoi has ranked Manchester United legend Cristiano Ronaldo ahead of Chelsea hero Eden Hazard and Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah as the greatest winger in Premier League history. The English winger played a game of Winner Stays On during an interview with The Daily Mail.

The Nottingham Forest winger, formerly of the Blues, gave some interesting answers. He opted for Gareth Bale over Sadio Mane and Ryan Giggs before showing his allegiance to the Stamford Bridge outfit.

Hudson-Odoi chose Hazard over Son Heung-min but not Ronaldo. He sided with the three-time Premier League champion over the former Chelsea winger and Liverpool's current protagonist, Salah.

Cristiano Ronaldo lit up English football during two spells at United, winning the Golden Boot in the 2007-08 season. He started as a winger with the Red Devils in his first spell and bagged 118 goals and 59 assists in 292 games.

The Portugal captain left for Real Madrid in 2009 in a then-world record transfer worth £80 million. He was transformed into an inside forward as the Santiago Bernabeu, taking with him the abilities he'd learnt as a winger at Old Trafford.

Ronaldo left his mark on the Premier League with iconic moments and returned to United in 2021 in a blockbuster move. Many view him as the greatest player in the history of the English top flight.

Cristiano Ronaldo was prolific throughout his Manchester United career. He posted a collective 145 goals and 64 assists in 346 games and flourished in high-pressure games.

The five-time UEFA Champions League winner has played against Liverpool in United colors on 11 occasions. Against the Red Devils' arch-rivals, he scored six goals and provided one assist. He also came up against the Merseysiders for Madrid in the Champions League final in 2018 and spoke glowingly of Salah and his fellow attackers (via The Mirror):

"They remind me of Madrid three or four years ago. Their three front players (Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane), they’re very quick… They are powerful in attack and I respect them."

Ronaldo was also a nuisance for Chelsea in the 17 appearances he made against them. He registered five goals and six assists, including the opener, as Manchester United beat the Blues in the 2008 Champions League final, winning 6-5 on penalties after a 1-1 draw over 120 minutes.
