Joe Hart has claimed that Andre Onana didn't receive decent defensive support as Manchester United conceded from a set-piece once again. The Red Devils were defeated 2-0 by Wolves in the Premier League on Thursday, December 26.

During the game, Wolves were awarded a corner kick in the 58th minute which Matheus Cunha took. Cunha scored from the corner flag as Onana concentrated on marking a player in the box rather than monitoring the ball's flight.

Speaking via Match of the Day, the ex-Manchester City goalkeeper claimed that Onana had several things to focus on. He said (via The Mirror):

"Man Utd have got Andre Onana and for all his strengths - along with some other Premier League goalkeepers - dominating his six yard box is not one of them. So to allow Wolves to line him with four players, practically unopposed around him, he's got so much to concentrate on when the ball comes in.”

He added:

"He's got to deal with Doherty, he physically gets involved with him, whilst Bueno and (Manuel) Ugarte are to his left. He physically engages with Doherty, and once he does that, and then he realises the ball is over his head."

Onana’s error happens to be the second time that Manchester United have conceded from a corner kick in less than 10 days. Son Heung-min scored from a corner kick as goalkeeper Altay Bayindir claimed that he was fouled in United's 4-3 Carabao Cup loss to Tottenham Hotspur last week.

"It's always the same reason" Ruben Amorim on Manchester United left winger Marcus Rashford

Ruben Amorim has claimed that Rashford was absent from the squad for the same reason that he missed the previous games.

In the post-match interview after the defeat against Wolves, Amorim was asked if there's any change to Rashford's situation. He said (via Fabrizio Romano):

"It's always the same reason. We have to be same professionals, same guys, winning or losing. Losing, I have to be stronger."

He added:

"I will continue with my idea until the end."

Rashford has missed Manchester United's last four games in a row and the Englishman might have fallen out with his head coach.

Amidst all the rumored crisis, speculations concerning Rashford's potential exit from Old Trafford in the upcoming January transfer window have been making the rounds on social media.

In 24 games this season, Rashford has scored seven goals and registered three assists for the Red Devils. It would be fascinating to see how the situation between Amorim and Rashford would turn out in the coming weeks.
