Fans were unimpressed with England midfielder Jude Bellingham's performance in their Euro 2024 semi-final clash against the Netherlands. The match ended in a 2-1 win for the Three Lions at Signal Iduna Park in Dortmund on July 10.

Xavi Simons opened the scoring for the Netherlands in the seventh minute. Gareth Southgate's men equalized in the 18th minute via a Harry Kane penalty following a foul from Dutch defender Denzel Dumfries. Ollie Watkins netted the winner from an assist by Cole Palmer in the 90th minute.

Several fans took to X to share their opinion on Bellingham's performance in the Euro 2024 semi-final, with many criticizing the Real Madrid star's minimal impact:

One fan wrote:

"Bellingham ghosted the whole game, he should be sent home."

Another added:

"Say it quietly but Jude Bellingham has been the Englands worst player this tournament."
"Bellingham isn’t the man for England tho. He has been ghosting," chimed in another fan.

One account posted:

"Bellingham with another stinker. Got to start Watkins in the final."

Another tweeted:

"Bellingham was non-existent in that game. Should start Palmer."

One user wrote:

"Jude is not worthy to be there. No impact in this competition."

While another wrote:

"Why is Bellingham the face of England when he keeps ghosting."

The Three Lions will meet three-time champions Spain in the final on July 14 at Olympiastadion in Berlin.

Kobbie Mainoo's comments after England qualify for Euro 2024 final

Kobbie Mainoo has called on the Three Lions to make history after they reached the Euro 2024 final. The teenaged midfielder said (via @centredevils on X):

"It's time to put ourselves into history."

Speaking about their performance against the Netherlands, the Manchester United star added (via @centredevils on X):

"We had the game under control in the middle of the park. And I feel like in the second half we just had to grind it out. It was tough but the whole squad was a help, with the impact off the bench from Cole and Ollie. What a finish!"

England have never won the UEFA European Championship; their best finish came in the last edition in 2021 where they lost to Italy in the final.
