Former Chelsea manager Graham Potter has predicted a draw between Arsenal and Liverpool in their upcoming Premier League clash on Sunday, October 27. The Englishman believes there is not much to choose between the two sides.

Potter, thus, didn't pick a clear winner and went for a draw in the big clash at the Emirates. He said (via TBRFootball):

"I'll go draw, sit on the fence."

While the former Chelsea manager could not pick a clear winner, former Manchester United defender Rio Ferdinand went with the Merseyside club. He believes Arne Slot's side will be too strong for Mikel Arteta's men and said on TNT Sports:

"I think on form, momentum, I would say 100% Liverpool. I think they're the team that you look at and go 'they're in a better position'. With injuries, Arsenal seem decimated in that sense, and they haven't got the momentum at the moment. They're not firing on all cylinders. They're not the Arsenal of last season at the moment.
"Liverpool, the tide has turned a bit right now. Brilliant few games into the season, but right now, I would say that Liverpool are probably the favourites."

The Reds, currently leading the league table, have dropped points just once this season, in a 1-0 loss to Nottingham Forest at Anfield. The Gunners are third in the table – four points behind and are keen on reducing the gap.

Mikel Arteta sends warning to Liverpool ahead of Arsenal clash

Mikel Arteta has sent a strong warning to Liverpool ahead of their visit to the Emirates. The Gunners manager claimed his side would come out flying in the crucial game. He said (via the Merseyside club's official website):

"Then we made life more difficult for us because we started give the ball away in not the right areas and then it was more open. That didn't help. But we have now four days. Believe me, on Sunday we'll be flying."

Arne Slot admitted that their clash with the Gunners would be tough and recalled their game in pre-season. He said:

"We know how tough of an opponent Arsenal is, especially in their own stadium. We faced them in the pre-season, when both teams didn't have their whole squads. Mikel has done an amazing job over the last few years. We know, like against Chelsea and today, we will have to be on top of our game to get a result."

Arsenal have won three of their last five home matches against Liverpool at the Emirates. The Reds have picked up the win in the other two matches.
