Fans were unimpressed with Ferran Torres' performance in Barcelona's LaLiga clash against Mallorca. The match ended in a 5-1 win for the Blaugrana at Estadi Mallorca Son Moix on Tuesday, December 3.
Torres opened their scoring for Barcelona with a right-footed shot just 12 minutes into the clash before Mallorca found their equalizer through Vedat Muriqi's goal in the 43rd minute.
The Catalan giants were awarded a penalty after Mallorca's Johan Mojica committed a foul on Lamine Yamal inside the box. Raphinha successfully converted the penalty in the 56th minute. The Brazilian winger completed his brace after being set up by Lamine Yamal with a cross in the 74th minute.
Frenkie de Jong netted Barcelona's fourth in the 79th minute, followed by providing an assist to Pau Víctor, who scored the last goal of the match in the 84th minute.
Torres was subbed off and replaced by Víctor in the 73rd minute. Even though he netted Barcelona's first goal, the 24-year-old forward missed several attempts to add to the Blaugrana's scoreline.
The Valencia graduate had 26 touches, one key pass, and two shots on target while maintaining a pass accuracy of 62%. He missed one big chance and lost possession seven times.

Hansi Flick on Barcelona's 5-1 win against Mallorca in LaLiga
Barcelona head coach Hansi Flick spoke about his team's performance in their 5-1 LaLiga win against Mallorca. After having a great start in the league, the Blaugrana failed to bag a win in their last three LaLiga matches in November.
While speaking to reporters following Barcelona's win in their 16th LaLiga fixture of the season, Hansi Flick said (via Barca Blaugranes):
"Scoring is very important for us. We created many chances but we missed them and this time I am happy to have scored five goals. I had already warned that I was happy because this 'shitty' November was over and December was beginning. For me it’s important to have scored a lot of goals, five today."
Speaking about his squad's performance, Flick praised some of his players and added:
"In the first half we had chances and I’m glad that seeing Ferran as a centre forward he was able to score the 0-1, it’s important that he scored. Lamine makes the difference, forcing the penalty and creating, but we need Lamine as well as ‘top’ players like Pedri, Cubarsí, Frenkie, Raphinha."
Barcelona maintained a ball possession of 60 percent against Mallorca and had nine shots on target. Following this win against Los Piratas, Barca remain atop the LaLiga table with 37 points in 16 matches. Second-placed Real Madrid have 33 points from 14 games.
