Omar Marmoush shared his thoughts on being linked to several top clubs, including Liverpool, Arsenal, and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG), for a potential transfer. The 25-year-old is currently playing for Eintracht Frankfurt and his contract at the German club is valid until the summer of 2027.

Marmoush has turned heads with his impressive performances for Eintracht Frankfurt this season, registering 18 goals and 12 assists in 24 appearances across competitions. He was also named the Bundesliga Player of the Month twice in September and November.

It seems that Omar Marmoush's excellent form has led him to become a recommended transfer target. Former Arsenal striker Ian Wright advised that the Gunners make a move for the Egyptian star in January. Meanwhile, in November 2024, journalist Christian Falk reported that Mohamed Salah has suggested Liverpool to consider the centre-forward as a potential signing.

While speaking to Sport Bild, Marmoush opened up about how it feels to be linked with some of the most prominent clubs such as Liverpool and PSG, among others, and said (via TBR Football):

"Of course, you hear about it in passing. I’m honored that people are talking about me. That shows that I’m obviously doing a good job. But it doesn’t concern me at all in my day-to-day life. My focus is solely on Eintracht Frankfurt and on being successful here."

When asked if there is any particular league he aims to play in, Marmoush further mentioned his dedication to Eintracht Frankfurt and said:

“There’s always a lot of speculation on the outside. But I don’t actually have a particular dream goal. What I can promise the fans is that I will give my all for Eintracht in every game. I am not thinking about a transfer. I am living in the here and now and enjoying my time in Frankfurt.”
“I feel very comfortable here. Eintracht believed in me and put their trust in me. I want to repay that trust with good performances and goals. What happens in the distant future, however, doesn’t interest me. I want to continue to do my best so that at the end of the season we can say as a team: We have achieved something big," added Marmoush.

Omar Marmoush, who joined Eintracht Frankfurt from VfL Wolfsburg in 2023, has recorded 35 goals and 18 assists in 65 appearances across competitions for the Eagles.

Liverpool reportedly interested in signing Nottingham Forest's Morgan Gibbs-White

Liverpool are reportedly keen on attacking midfielder signing Morgan Gibbs-White from Nottingham Forest. The 24-year-old joined the Garibaldis from Wolverhampton Wanderers in August 2022 for a reported fee of €29.50 million.

According to a recent report by Football Insider, Morgan Gibbs-White was identified by Liverpool's scouting team and now the Reds are considering him as a target in the current transfer window.

Gibbs-White has established his place in Nottingham Forest's line-up, starting in all 15 Premier League matches he has appeared in this season while registering six goal contributions. The Englishman's abilities as an attacking midfielder can be a great asset to further strengthen Arne Slot's squad at Anfield.

Morgan Gibbs-White has recorded 14 goals and 21 assists in 95 appearances across competitions for Nottingham Forest. His current contract there is valid until the summer of 2027.
