Real Madrid superstar Kylian Mbappe has shared his most cherished memory since joining the LaLiga giants. He joined Los Blancos on a much anticipated Bosman move from Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) this summer.

Kylian Mbappe had a bumpy start to life in the Spanish capital, hitting rock bottom when the Frenchman missed penalties against Athletic Club and Liverpool. However, he has slowly adjusted to life in Real Madrid and has registered four goals and two assists in his last four games across competitions.

Overall, Kylian Mbappe has recorded 14 goals and four assists in 24 games for Los Merengues. The difference is glaring when they are compared to his stats for Paris Saint-Germain last season - 45 goals and 11 assists in 49 games across tournaments.

The Frenchman appeared in a recent documentary where he discussed his life at Real Madrid. When asked about his favorite memory with Real Madrid so far, he recalled his debut against Atalanta BC in the final of the UEFA Super Cup on August 14.

“A memory? My debut, it was the best debut possible, we won the title,” he recalled (via Madrid Universal).

Los Blancos won the UEFA Super Cup courtesy of goals from Kylian Mbappe and Federico Valverde. The Frenchman was one of the best players on the pitch that day, combining with Vinicius Jr. and Rodrygo to terrorize the Atalanta BC defense.

Mbappe scored against Atalanta BC once again when the two sides locked horns in the UEFA Champions League on December 10. Kylian Mbappe, Vinicius Jr., and Jude Bellingham scored to help Los Blancos get a much-needed 3-2 win against the Italian side.

The French superstar recently claimed that he would have spent his entire career with Paris Saint-Germain if Real Madrid hadn't offered to sign him. Kylian Mbappe played seven seasons for Les Parisiens, winning a barrage of personal and collective accolades.

In 308 games played for PSG, he racked up 256 goals and 108 assists, recording a goal contribution every 68 minutes. Additionally, he won four French Cups, six Ligue 1 titles, three French Super Cups, and two French League Cups.

During a recent discussion on the Be United program (reported by Ojogo), Kylian Mbappe said:

"I spent seven years, it was an honor. I don't think I say it enough or show it enough, but I've always been aware of where I am and the great club that is PSG. I have always said that it is the biggest club in France and one of the best in the world."

He added:

"I went to the biggest club in the world and I always said that this was the only club I would leave PSG for. If I hadn't been able to go to Real Madrid, I would have stayed at PSG all my life. I had the dream of playing there and I'm very happy. Of course, I always watch PSG games, I have friends in the team and they are playing well at the moment."

Mbappe and Real Madrid will face Valencia at the Mestalla for their first game of 2025 on January 3.
