Barcelona fans on X have waxed lyrical about Lamine Yamal after he excelled during their 2-2 draw against Real Betis. The two sides faced off in LaLiga at the Estadio Benito Villamarin on Saturday, December 7.

Despite facing some early pressure from Real Betis, La Blaugrana took the lead in the 39th minute via Robert Lewandowski's close-range finish. The hosts responded well after the break and earned a penalty after Frenkie de Jong made a poor challenge inside his box. Giovani Lo Celso stepped up and converted in the 68th minute to level the scores.

Lamine Yamal produced a moment of magic in the 82nd minute to play an exceptional pass into the path of Ferran Torres. The latter finished to hand Barcelona the lead. However, Assane Diao scored in the fourth minute of stoppage time to ensure La Blaugrana dropped two points.

Yamal had an excellent game, providing one assist, creating one chance, and winning 11 duels. The 17-year-old has been in top form this season for Barcelona, garnering six goals and 10 assists in 19 appearances across competitions.
