Manchester United have added RB Salzburg winger Nene Dorgeles to their list of targets as they look to strengthen their squad, as per Fabrizio Romano. The Red Devils are considering a move for the attacker, who has caught the eye of coach Ruben Amorim and the recruitment team.

Fabrizio Romano has reported that Mali international Dorgeles is being watched by the Red Devils with a view of moving for him this month or in the summer. The Premier League side have already initiated contacts with RB Salzburg to understand the conditions of a deal before deciding whether or not to move for Dorgeles.

Nene Dorgeles is a 22-year-old Mali international who primarily operates on the left wing. His profile makes him an ideal replacement for either Marcus Rashford or Alejandro Garnacho, both of whom have been linked with moves away from Old Trafford. Dorgeles has contributed four goals and two assists in 14 appearances for his Austrian club in the Bundesliga this season.

Dorgeles has been deployed in attacking midfield in the past, making him suitable to play in Ruben Amorim's preferred 3-4-2-1 system as an inside forward or a wing-back. The Salzburg man is known for his pace, skill, and impressive work rate at both ends of the pitch.

Manchester United find themselves needing to be smart with their recruitment in order not to fall foul of PSR regulations. A move for Dorgeles is expected to be cost-effective, and the player appears to fit into the tactical system employed by Ruben Amorim.

Manchester United considering move for Ligue 1 star - Reports

Manchester United are considering a move to sign Lille striker Jonathan David, who will be able to join as a free agent in the summer, as per TuttoJuve. The Red Devils are the latest side to join the race for the Canada international, who is also wanted by the likes of Barcelona, Tottenham Hotspur and Juventus, among others.

David is in the final six months of his contract with Les Dogues in the French top-flight and is set to turn down any offers from the club to extend his stay. He is prepared to leave in the summer, with clubs set to line up for the clinical 24-year-old striker.

The Manchester United duo of Rasmus Hojlund and Joshua Zirkzee have been far from convincing, leading the club to look elsewhere for attacking quality. David has bagged 169 senior goals and has proven himself to be reliable in front of goal. He will be a welcome addition to Ruben Amorim's side and could sign a pre-contract agreement this month.
