Juventus are in the market for a new striker, and Tuttosport reports (via Tribal Football) that the Red Devils have offered Rashford to them for a winter switch. The report indicates that Manchester United are looking to receive around €50 million in transfer fees for the 27-year-old, but will be willing to let him leave on loan for €3-4 million.

Juventus director Cristiano Giuntoli has been made aware of this proposal, and it is one he will consider in the winter window. The club, however, prefer a move for Joshua Zirkzee, Giacomo Raspadori, or Randal Kolo Muani next month.

Manchester United find themselves in a tricky situation with Rashford, who appears to have accepted that his future lies away from the club. The forward, one of the highest earners at Old Trafford, only signed a new contract in 2023 but now has to move away from the club.

New head coach Ruben Amorim continued with his resolve to leave Rashford out of the squad for games, doing so for a fourth successive game against Wolves on Boxing Day. The forward has been linked with a number of sides, including Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur, over a switch in the January transfer window.

The Red Devils finished the game at the Molineux with 10 players after captain Bruno Fernandes received a 47th-minute sending off, his third of the campaign.

Uruguayan midfielder Manuel Ugarte has added to the headache after he also picked up a booking in the defeat to Wolves. The booking was his fifth of the campaign, meaning that he will now be suspended for one game, as a result.
