Brentford striker Neal Maupay took a dig at England after they drew 1-1 against Denmark in their Group C clash in Euro 2024 on Thursday (June 20). Maupay shared a 12-second clip of a commentator laughing with the caption "It's coming home", which is the England national team's well-known slogan.

The Everton loanee seemed to be trolling the Three Lions for drawing against Denmark.

Gareth Southgate's side were underwhelming in their 1-1 draw against Denmark at the Deutsche Bank Park. After Harry Kane gave English the lead with a left-footed shot in the 18th minute, Denmark's Morten Hjulmand equalized with a sensational long-distance effort in the 34th minute.

Although both sides had multiple chances to take the lead, the match ended with a 1-1 scoreline.

England won their Euro 2024 opening match 1-0 against Serbia with Jude Bellingham scoring the decisive goal for the Three Lions. After a 1-1 draw against the Danes, they are currently at the top of Group C with four points.

If England finish first in group C, they will face a third-placed team from either Group D, E, or F in the knockout stage. The Three Lions' likely opponents from Group D could be Poland or Austria as France and the Netherlands are expected to finish in the top two spots.

In Group E, Romania and Slovakia have won one match each. Ukraine and Belgium are currently at 0 points, but things could change soon as the Red Devils are the favorites to top the group.

Finally, Group F is likely to end with Portugal and Turkey in the first two spots. Czech Republic and Georgia will therefore be England's likely opponents.

If Southgate's men finish second in Group C, they will face the winners of Group A, which will be either Germany or Switzerland. The Germans will face Switzerland in their final match in Group A, and the result of that fixture will determine the final standings of the group.

The Three Lions could also progress to the knockouts as one of the best third-placed teams in the group stages. In this case, they would face the winners of Group F, which is likely to be Portugal or Turkey.
