Most reactions were directed at Mason Mount and Kai Havertz, who eft Chelsea this summer to join Manchester United and Arsenal respectively.

How have Mason Mount and Kai Havertz performed this season after leaving Chelsea?

With only 12 months left in his contract, Mason Mount brought down the curtains on his Chelsea career by signing for Manchester United this summer. The Red Devils paid a hefty £60 million (including add-ons) for the England international.

He has had a slow start to life at Old Trafford, registering one assist in six games across competitions. That assist came in the 3-0 home win over Crystal Palace in the Carabao Cup, with Casemiro heading in Mount's near-post corner.

As for Havertz, the German international joined the Gunners for £65 million from Chelsea. He has registered one goal and an assist in 11 games across competitions.

Havertz' goal came when Arsenal were 2-0 up against Bournemouth. Saka selflessly handed over his spot-kick to the German international, who made no mistake from the spot. Havertz came off the bench against Manchester City last weekend to assist Gabriel Martinelli's winner in the closely contested clash.

Chelsea, having sold their two attacking midfielders, are now struggling for creativity themselves once again this season. They did show glimpses of improvement in their 4-1 hammering of Burnley in the league last weekend, though.
