Who will replace Salah at Liverpool?

Football pundit Paul Ince has named Mohammed Kudus and Pedro Neto as ideal potential replacements for Mohamed Salah. He believes Michael Olise would also be a good pick, but urged the Frenchman needs to stay at Crystal Palace for another season.

Speaking to BET365, Ince named the two players he thought could replace Salah at Liverpool. He also talked about Olise's future at Crystal Palace and said:

"I think two players could replace Mohamed Salah at Liverpool. With Michael Olise, he's a very good kid, he could turn out to be a world-class player but I think he needs another year at (Crystal) Palace to play regular football week in and week out."

He admitted that Liverpool might need to sign a Salah replacement this summer and suggested Kudus and Neto. He added:

"The two players I would pick when they are on their game are Mohammed Kudus at West Ham, I think he's very, very good, and my favourite is Pedro Neto at Wolves. If he can just stay away from injuries, I think this player is going to be world class. I really, really do. So I hope he gets a lot of time in Portugal in the Euros because he is unbelievable. If Salah does go, I'll be going for Neto. I know the Wolves won't like me to hear me say that being an ex-Wolves player, but those are the two that I'd be looking at."

Olise is in talks with Chelsea after the west London side made contact with Crystal Palace on Thursday, as per The Athletic. Newcastle United and Bayern Munich also approached Palace for Olise earlier this week, while Manchester United have also been linked with him.

Liverpool should not sell Mohamed Salah, claims Paul Ince

Paul Ince has urged Mohamed Salah to stay at Liverpool this summer. But the pundit added that he would not be surprised if the Egyptian left and told BET365:

"He's so important to Liverpool Football Club and has been for so many years. But when Kevin De Bruyne talks about potentially going to Saudi, other players are thinking exactly the same thing. I wouldn't be surprised if Salah did go to Saudi, but I hope he stays because he's such a special player and because the manager wants him."

Al Ittihad had reportedly made a £150 million bid, which included a £50 million add-on, for Salah last summer but Liverpool rejected it on Deadline Day.
