Ruben Amorim explained his decision to recall Marcus Rashford for the Newcastle clash. The Manchester United boss said that Rashford's inclusion is a part of his player rotation, telling Sky Sports (via GOAL):
"Selection. We have a lot of players outside. Every week, I chose my players and this time he is here."
Amorim also emphasized on the importance of the Red Devils winning the game while mentioning that Rashford could be significant in the clash (via centredevils on X):
