An Arabic commentator lavished praise on Cristiano Ronaldo following his brace in the 4-3 AFC Champions League win against Qatari side Al-Duhail on Tuesday.
Ronaldo scored a screamer with his left foot for the first of his two goals in the 61st minute. After picking up the ball on the right-hand side, Ronaldo came inside before unleashing a ferocious left-footed effort that found the top corner.
He then scored again in the 81st minute when his side were leading the tie 3-2. Speaking about Ronaldo's first goal of the night, the aforementioned commentator said (via TeamCRonaldo):
"It is shameful to say that Ronaldo scored with his weak foot! There is no weak foot here, there is nothing weak about him, it is Cristiano Ronaldo."
In his club career, the former Manchester United striker has scored 126 goals with his left foot. Following the 38-year-old's efforts, Al-Nassr find themselves on top of Group E in the AFC Champions League, having won all three matches so far.
This season, Ronaldo has bagged three goals in Asia's highest club competition from as many appearances. Meanwhile, he's scored a stunning 11 goals and assisted five from just nine appearances in the Saudi Pro League.
There is no doubt that the Real Madrid icon continues to perform at a high level even after he exited Europe in January 2023.
