Al-Nassr fans on X have criticized Cristiano Ronaldo's teammate Anderson Talica for being selfish during their 2-0 win against Damac. The two sides faced off in their Saudi Pro League clash at Al-Awwal Park on Friday, November 29.

The Knights of Najd were rewarded for their early dominance in the 15th minute when Abdelkader Bedrane conceded a penalty due to a handball inside the box. Cristiano Ronaldo made no mistake from the spot to give his side the lead two minutes later.

Al-Nassr received a massive boost when Damac were reduced to 10 men early in the second half following Bedrane's sending-off. However, they suffered a blow after summer signing Mohamed Simakan was forced off in the 69th minute due to an injury. Cristiano Ronaldo then found the bottom-right corner 10 minutes later with a well-taken effort to help his side seal all three points.

Despite their win, fans weren't impressed by Talisca's performance. The Brazilian returned to action in the 62nd minute, replacing Angelo Gabriel after recovering from a thigh issue. He created zero chances, lost five duels, and completed zero dribbles from two attempts.

Moreover, Talisca had a golden chance to square a pass to Cristiano Ronaldo to help the latter complete his hat-trick in stoppage time. However, he opted to go for goal instead, striking the post in the process.

Al-Nassr fans were furious by this as one posted:

"I've never seen talisca doing this, the most selfish player ever is talisca"

Another fan tweeted:

"Biggest clown on the pitch, doesn't even try to pass to Ronaldo who was clean through"

Other fans reacted below:

"I just can't believe Talisca is a footballer, I've seen homeless people play football better than him," one fan commented
"Haven't seen a worse player than Talisca man, Ronaldo could have easily had a hat-trick but that man only sees ball and shoots, he was offside in last minute too, I hope pioli start Angelo over him in future games," another added
"Typical Talisca. Stupid, selfish player!" one fan tweeted
"Ronaldo was asking for a pass, he would have scored for sure, they need to understand if someone is close to Hattrick you should give him the ball," another insisted
"This is why I dislike him so much always shoot no way he wanted Ronaldo to get one more and complete his hattrick," one fan added

"There is more than one competitor" - Stefano Pioli previews Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr upcoming SPL clash against Al-Ittihad

Al-Nassr boss Stefano Pioli has asserted that his side's upcoming Saudi Pro League clash against Al-Ittihad isn't their last chance to stay in the running in the title race. The two giants are set to face each other on Friday, December 6.

Cristiano Ronaldo and Co. have struggled in the league this season and are third with 25 points from 12 games, having played an additional game. Meanwhile, Al-Ittihad have emerged as a serious contender to Al-Hilal with the former having 28 points, two points behind the reigning champions.

Pioli said (via @TheNassrZone):

“Facing Al Ittihad is important.. We will face a team that is at the top and is 8 points ahead of us.. But it is not the last chance and the league is still long.. There is more than one competitor and this is evidence of the strength of the league this season.”

Cristiano Ronaldo's Al-Nassr will next face Al-Sadd in the AFC Champions League on Monday, December 2.
