Cristiano Ronaldo scored a beautiful goal to give Al-Nassr the lead against Al-Shabab. Cristian Guanca scored twice in the first half to give Al-Shabab a two-goal cushion in the first half at Al-Awwal Park.

Anderson Talisca reduced the deficit at the end of the first half with a masterful finish. Abdulrahman Ghareeb equalized for Al-Nassr at the start of the second half. Ghareeb received the ball inside the Al-Shabab area before scoring on the turn. It was a quick-witted goal from the attacker.

Ronaldo then gave his side the lead on the break in the 59th minute. The 38-year-old broke free of two defenders before slotting the ball past Kim Seung-gyu in the Al-Shabab goal. While Kim has been spectacular in the game, he failed to keep out Ronaldo's magical finish from outside the box.

It was a team effort by Al-Nassr to get back in the game and they manage to keep the pressure on league leaders Al-Ittihad.

Cristiano Ronaldo, meanwhile, has now scored 14 goals and has provided three assists for Al-Nassr since making his debut in January.

Al-Nassr president revealed details of Cristiano Ronaldo's contract

Many were left surprised when Cristiano Ronaldo signed for Al-Nassr as a free agent in January. The Portuguese reportedly earns a mammoth £173 million per year with the Saudi Pro League (SPL) club.

The club's president, Al-Muammar, has now revealed that the Portuguese was signed not only as a player. He will also work as an ambassador as part of his deal. Al-Muammar said (via 9FCBall):

"We signed a contract with Ronaldo not only as a player, but also got his own commercial rights, which will be activated after the end of the current season and will have an impact on the tourism side and others."

He added:

"I always tell the Al-Nassr players, take advantage of the presence of Ronaldo by your side and show yourselves because there are more than (50 channels) broadcasting the game."

Despite being 38, Ronaldo remains a crucial player for the SPL club and is producing the goods for the team. Whether he can become more lethal in the coming seasons remains to be seen.
