Ajax manager says he is unsure of Van de Beek's future amid Real Madrid interest
With the Premier League transfer window shut, Real Madrid have given up on their pursuit of Paul Pogba. In fact, towards the beginning of this week, it was being widely reported that Real Madrid had shifted their attentions to Ajax midfielder Donny van de Beek.

Now, Ajax manager Erik Ten Hag has provided us with an update. He hopes Van de Beek will stay at Ajax but is unsure about his future.
"There are a lot of rumours, but nothing definitive."
"Donny played today, and he's busy with Ajax. We want him to be here for the Champions League because he makes this team better.
"I don't know if he'll leave, but I hope he stays for a long time. Especially for this season because it would mean we have a very good midfielder."
