Nike launches Hi-Vis winter football collection

As the clocks go back to officially mark the end of the summer season, the nights become darker and the weather colder across the northern hemisphere. To combat gloomy weather and stand out on-pitch, Nike has created the Hi-Vis Collection of winter apparel, footwear and equipment enabling athletes to train and play at the same intensity throughout the season and with zero distractions. The Hi-Vis Collection features bright and contrasting colour combinations of Volt, Electro Purple, Green Glow and Electric Green on the apparel, footwear and equipment.

The colder weather can take a toll on athletic performance. The cold air, snow and rain can lower body temperature and lead to decreased stamina and physical frustration. Designed to combat the elements, new Nike Pro Combat Hyperwarm base-layer apparel helps keep body temperature regulated in a variety of weather conditions with breath-ability, water resistance and a streamlined fit.

This weekend the Nike Incyte Hi-Vis Ball will be introduced into the Barclays Premier League, La Liga BBVA and Serie A.

Continuing the tradition of making the most technologically advanced footballs in the game, the Nike Hi-Vis Incyte ball features performance innovations that are designed to help increase reaction, touch, ball flight and visibility.

The new Hi-Vis Incyte Ball features:

For the Hi-Vis Football Boot Collection the Nike Hypervenom and Mercurial Vapor IX come in a combination of Electro Purple and Volt with black detailing. The Tiempo IV and CTR360 come in a mix of Volt, Green Glow and Electric Green with Black detailing.
