Oldham to lure sponsors in with money back deal

Oldham Athletic has revealed that they are in search for a training kit/warm up kit partner for the upcoming season.

But there is a twist involved in the partnership. If the Latics manage to get promoted to the Championship following the season, then the sponsor will be given full refund of the money.

Should Lee Johnson’s side move up the ladder automatically or through the play offs, then the policy dictates that a full amount of £9,750 should be refunded. An innovative concept like this will create excellent exposure for the partners.

The lucky sponsor will be host to a lot of benefits, including the privilege of having the company brand advertised on the front of all first team training and warm up kits to be used at all home and away games for the whole season.

Perimeter board advertising within the TV coverage area at Boundary Park, half page programme advertisement for the duration of the season are some of the other perks.

But the best part is the promise of having the full value of the sponsorship reimbursed in the event that Latics gain promotion to the Championship.
