Marc-Andre ter Stegen - 7/10

Ter Stegen maintained his fine recent form, taking a proactive approach between the sticks and making a good save from Botia.

Nelson Semedo - 5/10

Semedo could have offered more as an attacking force in this game. He is a talented player who is still finding his feet, but the right-back will have been disappointing with his showing here.

Javier Mascherano - 6/10

Restored to the heart of the Barcelona defence, Mascherano had a decent game. With the Catalans pushed high up the pitch, he often occupied midfield zones, passing the ball forward and attempting to guard against counter-attacks.

Samuel Umtiti - 6/10

Umtiti did not have a great deal of defending to do, but his distribution from the back was typically excellent. There are few better centre-backs in the world right now.

Jordi Alba - 7/10

Along with Messi, Alba was his team's chief attacking threat in Athens. He pushed forward well and took up advanced positions, although he was a little wasteful on occasion.

Sergi Roberto - 6/10

Playing on the right-hand side of midfield but given the freedom to drift inside, Sergi Roberto used the ball pretty well during his time on the field. The Spaniard was substituted before half-time with an injury.

Paulinho - 4/10

This was not the type of game in which Paulinho, a box-to-box midfielder was likely to thrive unless Barcelona were ahead and the match became stretched. The Brazilian lacked the craft and subtlety his team needed as they confronted a well-organised rearguard.

Sergio Busquets - 6/10

Busquets was typically assured and confident in his passing, but he was unable to provide the type of penetration Barcelona needed as they searched for a winner.

Denis Suarez - 4/10

Denis has had some positive moments in 2017/18, but this was not his greatest night. The midfielder combined well with Messi at times in the first half, but faded as the game wore on.

Lionel Messi - 7/10

Barcelona are currently even more reliant on their talisman in the attacking third of the pitch, so when he failed to deliver the goods on Tuesday, the Catalans were unable to find a breakthrough. Messi had a few flashes of quality but could not quite get his side over the line.

Luis Suarez - 4/10

Olympiakos - Barcelona: UEFA Champions League

Suarez has not looked like his usual self so far this season, partly because he is perhaps not 100 percent fit. This was another frustrating night for the Uruguayan, whose touch was heavy at times. He had seven shots in total but not one found the target, with his best effort hitting the bar late on.

Substitutes:

Ivan Rakitic - 5/10

Rakitic is another Barcelona player who has struggled so far this term, and he was unable to make much of an impact during his 30 minutes on the pitch.

Gerard Deulofeu - 4/10

Deulofeu's final ball and decision-making were frustrating, with the former Everton man failing to make the most of some promising openings. The jury remains out on him as a Barcelona player.

Andre Gomes - 5/10

Gomes is often a scapegoat at the Camp Nou, but he was not to blame for this draw. Nevertheless, the Portuguese was largely anonymous and was deservedly booked for a bad tackle.
