Culoz (France), July 17 (IANS) Colombian rider Jarlinson Pantano won Stage 15 of the 2016 Tour de France on Sunday, a 160 kilometer hilly run from Bourg-en-Bresse to Culoz.
The IAM Cycling rider crossed the line in 4 hours, 24 minutes, 49 seconds to claim his first individual stage win in the Grand Tour, reports Efe.
He was followed by Polish rider, Rafal Majka (Tinkoff) and Frenchman Alexis Vuillermoz.
Briton Chris Froome kept the yellow jersey after Stage 15, retaining the lead in the overall classification.
The top three positions in the general classification remained unchanged from Saturday.
Dutch rider Bauke Mollema ranked second place, 0:01:47 behind the leader. Briton, Adam Yates was in at third, 0:02:45 behind Froome.
Monday's Stage 16 of the Tour features a 209 km run from Moirans en-Montagne in France to Berne, Switzerland.
