Paul Pogba appears to tell a fan that he is staying at Juventus

Paul Pogba
SO is Pogba staying or leaving?

Well this comes as a surprise and a disappointment to Manchester United and Juventus fans. According to the latest news it looks like Pogba’s move to Manchester United is not going to happen after all.

There were several reports in the media that the club were close to completing a deal for the Frenchman after agreeing to pay a world record sum of 100 million, but now the player himself has stated he is staying at the club.

The 23-year-old is currently vacationing in the United states after his excursion at Euro 2016. The player was mobbed by supporters from the IFTV channel outside his hotel and he was more than happy to give out autographs.

One of the Juventus fans had a ball with the Juventus logo on it. Another approached the star and asked him if he is staying at Juventus to which he replied with a frank and quick “Yeah”.

This comes as great news to United’s Premier League rivals if in fact it turns out ot be true. It is also completely possible that the Frenchman might not have meant the statement but that might be a little too farfetched

Mourinho had stated earlier in the summer that he wanted to sign four players in this window. He has already completed three of those signing and Pogba was widely reported to be his 4th.

Earlier the club had removed his jersey from the online store and replaced it with Pjanic’s image. There was also video where a fan got a signature from Pogba himself on his United jersey which had the No 6 on it.

So far there were only signs that he was moving to Manchester United but now this might prove to be the vital evidence that he is staying with the Turin giants. Here is the video of the fans talking to the star

But the transfer window has not shut yet and he might very well change his mind.
