#5 Chelsea
Only two English clubs can afford Pogba: Manchester City and Chelsea. We chose to go with the latter as there is no chance United are selling Pogba to their neighbors even if they make a world record bid.
Chelsea will be set for another summer overhaul after falling behind Manchester City in the league. They have shown their intentions to spend by signing Ross Barkley and Emerson Palmeri in January. But neither player is a sure starter.
Chelsea will be aware signing bonafide starters is the only way to close the gap. Their manager Conte knows everything about Pogba since he managed him at Juventus.
At Chelsea, Pogba can play under a manager who knows how to bring the best out of him.
The likelihood of this transfer is very low though. United surely would prefer to sell him overseas instead of to a direct rival.
