Paul Scholes is an unique player, pure natural talent that can not be taught on the training field.
A guy like Paul Scholes could have possibly been appreciated & thrived more if he was still in his prime today, instead he grew up in the 80′s/90′s where English football was in a different age.
I don’t think Scholes was necessarily taught to play passing/possession football, he is just an extremely gifted player with great technique that allows him to easily play his game. I also think Scholes is one of those players who is born with a natural gift, which luckily has been worked on throughout his career and made him the legend he is today.
