Piers Morgan blames Bacary Sagna for lack of effort

It wouldn’t be a proper Arsenal loss if Piers Morgan didn’t go on a rant now, would it?

And true to form, Morgan took out his frustrations on the social media platform. Only this time, instead of calling for Arsene Wenger’s head, he decided to target one particular player.

Bacary Sagna may well have not done enough to track back in time, but blaming him for “lack of effort” was entirely overboard. He was, after all, well up front, considering Mesut Ozil wasn’t providing much width on the right.
