#2 Serge Aurier
Some days ago, French outlet L’Equipe reported that Spurs had agreed on a fee in the region of £20 million with Paris Saint-Germain to sign Serge Aurier. The Lilywhites had drawn links with the Frenchman earlier, but this could be major breakthrough in a possible deal.
It’s been made clear by Unai Emery that Aurier will be allowed to leave, along with Grzegorz Krychowiak and it seems obvious that one club or the other will end up signing the right-back.
Spurs have allowed Kyle Walker to leave for Manchester City and Kieran Trippier suffered an injury during the club’s friendly against Juventus. Kyle Walker-Peters did come up with a man of the match showing against Newcastle, but Pochettino could certainly make do with an experienced right-back who is known to have a bit of a fire in him.
