#2 Thomas Lemar (AS Monaco)

Lemar had his breakthrough season with Monaco's 2016-17 title-winning side. Though some of his teammates left Monaco in the summer, he is still playing his for the Ligue 1 side.
He is capable of playing on both sides of the wing or behind the striker and his performances haven't gone unnoticed across Europe with clubs like Chelsea, Arsenal, Liverpool, and Barcelona being linked with the talented youngster who joined Monaco from Caen for €5 million.
The Frenchmen has very good technical ability which allows him to very comfortable on both the wings or play the role of a traditional No. 10.
Many have hailed him as the complete attacker. He is very good at taking set pieces, is also blessed with immense pace, and shows a lot of composure and maturity on the ball in open play and tight spaces.
His passing skills are also one of his strengths and he is also very intelligent in a footballing sense, his off the ball runs enhance his game and he is very comfortable with dribbling from both his feet.
Though it is likely that he will be an expensive buy for Bayern, the quality that he has shown means he will most likely be a valuable long-term asset
