Super agent Mino Raiola is known to never shy away from speaking his mind. And the Italian-born Dutchman, who is Manchester United star Paul Pogba’s agent has declared that another client of his – 16-year-old Moise Kean of Juventus – is going to be the next star worth 100 million in the future.
Speaking of Kean’s potential, Raiola told Corriere dello Sport that it’s “scary” how determined he is. Kean, who is expected to sign his first professional contract with Juventus in the coming week and plays for Italy under 17s, is a striker who can also play on the left wing.

Although Premier League clubs Manchester City and Arsenal are known to be monitoring Kean’s progress, his agent Raiola believes that he will go on to have a successful career with Juventus. Raiola said, “Kean is the name to watch in 2017, and I’m not just saying that because I’m his agent. He is only 16 years old but his determination is scary. He can become a big star at Juventus.”
Raiola has no plans to hawk Kean across Europe
Kean is the latest academy player from Juventus to be knocking on the door of the first team. He scored 25 goals in 30 appearances for the Juventus youth team last season, and has gotten off to an equally bright start this year. He has scored five goals in five matches, including goals in the UEFA Youth League.
Raiola has been busy negotiating a deal with Juventus for Kean’s first professional contract with Juventus CEO Beppe Marotta. Manager Massimiliano Allegri is said to be aware of his progress and is open to giving him a run-out for the first team if he keeps his level of performances up for the youth team.

Raiola also spoke about why he believes Juventus is the right club for Kean going forward. “Juve have done so much and are light years ahead of the rest,” he said. “They are a unique phenomenon in Italy – it’s a nation of naysayers. This is the best-organised club and it’s no coincidence that for five years they’ve dominated Serie A. At Juve, they all know what they have to do and they do it well.”
Moise Kean is only one in a long line of players that ‘super agent’ currently represents. The list includes the likes of young AC Milan keeper Gianluigi Donnarumma, Romelu Lukaku, Paul Pogba, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Mario Balotelli, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Blaise Matuidi.
