There’s only a few days of the winter transfer window remaining and news of various deals are everywhere in the press.
An interesting story has emerged about emerging French talent Paul Pogba. Like Ravel Morrison, Manchester United have another superstar-in-the-making that isn’t satisfied by new contract terms offered by the Reds. United could watch the talented young Frenchman leave in the summer on a bosman, and plenty are clubs are queuing for his signature.
So why wait? Chelsea have the cash to do a deal now. Available for £3m, he represents fantastic value and would definitely be worth a punt. Why not take Morrison as well and farm them off to feeder club Vitesse for a year?
In other news, Kevin de Bruyne is apparently moments away from doing a deal as the Genk chairmen has flown to London to do a deal. He might be loaned back to the Belgian club for the remainder of the season though. Similar to the Willian transfer which this Chief is very keen to see completed.
Lastly we have Jose “can’t defend” Bosingwa. Jose wants more money in his next contract and Chelsea are standing firm. You may say he’s being a bit of a Bossie boots! Yowza. Anyway, he’s been offered to Carlo’s PSG as his contract expires in 6 months. His replacement could be Ajax’s Gregory van der Weil.
