Ole Gunnar Solskjaer made three additions to the United squad in January
#2 Right Back – Aaron Wan-Bissaka

Aaron Wan-Bissaka
The Englishman has settled quite well at Old Trafford and has become a regular feature in Solskjaer’s team this season. Aaron Wan-Bissaka’s strengths include his speed and tackling, while his tenacious side has been a boon for the Red Devils at the back. However, the 21-year-old does has plenty of room for improvement, especially in the final third, where he lacks decision making and penetration.

Wan-Bissaka can be a little timid while attacking and needs to improve his crossing skills, but he is still a fantastic player in his own right. The Englishman requires a greater sense of adventure and while he has shown signs of improvement in recent games, Solskjaer will be demanding a lot more from his in the upcoming months.
#3 Left Back – Luke Shaw
Luke Shaw
The emergence of young Brandon Williams has been a cause of concern for Luke Shaw this season, but the former Southampton man has come back stronger in recent games. Shaw has been applauded for combining his defensive responsibilities with his attacking instincts and remains ahead of Williams in the pecking order, at least for now.
The Englishman has added maturity to his game of late and his covering up at the back has been immaculate at times. He has complemented his centre-backs very well in defence, while also developing a good understanding with his frontline too. However, he still needs to improve on his final balls and his crossing ability.

Inspired by Diego Maradona, Deepungsu played as an attacking midfielder for his local club at subdivision level in his initial years and scored an important goal or two. However, his all-time favorite footballer is Lionel Messi, and evidently, he feels Argentina's glory in 2022 is his favorite FIFA World Cup moment for fulfilling his long-standing dream. He is also an ardent East Bengal fan.
Deepungsu has been a Manchester United supporter since the year 2000. Unsurprisingly, his favorite manager is Sir Alex Ferguson and the Scotsman helped him get through some of the toughest days of his life. Like the fiery Scot, Deepungsu also leaves no stone unturned when it comes to accuracy in articles and only relies on credible sources.
Despite believing in Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland to create an iconic rivalry, Deepungsu reckons no one can match the longevity of Messi and Ronaldo. He spends his leisure time writing about life on his blog, reading books, and playing the guitar.
