Wan-Bissaka is already impressing for Manchester United.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka has been the talk of the town since his recent €55 million move to Manchester United from Crystal Palace. The transfer makes him the most expensive uncapped defender of all time, which partly goes to show just how much potential he has.

Growing up as a footballer in Crystal Palace's academy, the 21-year-old became a fan favorite even before cementing his place in the first team. Last season, however, he captivated everyone with his performances, prompting a big-money bid from United - an offer Palace simply could not refuse.
The youngster played 35 Premier League games for Palace, contributing to nearly four tackles and clearances per game. He also made attacking contributions, putting in nearly two dribbles per game, and earning three assists in the competition.

Wan-Bissaka, now a Manchester United player, would need to work on his passing and contributions in the final third. With Diogo Dalot and Ashley Young as the only competition for his right-back position, it is likely that Solskjaer will keep Wan-Bissaka in the starting lineup more often than not.
He will have an opportunity to show United fans why Palace supporters were excited about him. After his impressive friendly debut in United colors, he is the most exciting prospect of this season in defence.

Nnanna is a European and international football journalist who has been covering news and transfer rumors at Sportskeeda for around 5 years. A keen interest in reading and football since an early age, watching games at local stadiums with family paved the way for him to take up the sport professionally.
Nnanna’s favorite club is English team Bolton Wanderers because he witnessed Nigeria legend Jay-Jay Okocha's play for them between 2002 and 2006. His favorite footballer is Ronaldinho due to the Brazilian's love for the sport and admires Pep Guardiola for redefining football tactics. As a former literature student, Nnanna reckons that the best way of connecting with the readers is to add a bit of empathy in his writing, and relies on trusted websites like Transfermarkt and WhoScored for his articles.
Lionel Messi lifting the World Cup trophy in 2022 is Nnanna’s favorite FIFA World Cup moment, and also follows Major League Soccer due to the diminutive Argentine. He strongly believes that Kylian Mbappe and Erling Haaland could be the next two superstars in the same light as legendary pair Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
When not writing, he likes to play Football Manager and other simulation games.
