#2 Productive comeback from Aaron Ramsey
The Welshman – who scored a hat-trick in this fixture last time – was arguably the Gunners' worst player on the pitch in the first 55 minutes, struggling to complete passes and asset his supremacy on the encounter.
He looked a forlorn figure Arsenal's attacking third and was unable to link-up with Lacazette, Aubameyang, and Mesut Ozil upfront.
However, Ramsey came into his own in the latter stages of the game and notched up two assists for the Gunners' two goals on the day.
The 27-year-old had an average game against the Toffees but ensured that he made substantial results despite his lacklustre effort. He was taken off for Danny Welbeck in the 80th minute, having made a sizeable contribution to Arsenal's victory on the day.
