Manchester City v Huddersfield Town - Premier League
The new Premier League champions - Manchester City

Other Records

Huddersfield Town v Arsenal - Premier League
Lacazette became the 2nd player after Brian Marwood to score in his first 3 home league games since 1988

24) Peter Crouch scored Premier League's 1000th goal with a header. Never forget.

25) Harry Kane's record of not scoring in August continued this season as well. His stats read - 13 games, 898 minutes, 44 shots and 0 goals. Surely not the forward to pick in your FPL for the month of August.

26) Marcus Rashford and his debut goal still a better love story than twilight. The United player has now scored on his Premier League, Champions League, Europa League and EFL Cup debut for the Reds. Oh, he also scored on his England debut as well. No more debut goals left to score so fancy a move...?

27) Jamie Vardy became the first player to score against all the top 6 PL clubs in a single season. Mission accomplished.

28) The fastest ever goal conceded by United came against Spurs when Christian Erikson scored in just 11 seconds. You blink and you miss.

29) Bruno, Brighton's full-back, is the oldest debutant this season (36y 315d). Only player older than him was Graham Alexander (37y 310d) back in 2009 for Burnley. Age is just a number.

30) Georginio Wijnaldum has now scored 18 home league goals but is yet to score away from home - a new PL record. He just loves the home ground.

31) Lewis Dunk, Brighton defender, scored 4 own goals this season. A record also held by Martin Skrtel in 2013-14. Not the goals he would have wanted to score.

32) Kevin De Bruyne became the first player to win the first Premier League Playmaker award of the season with 16 assists. Going right in the history books.

Southampton v Manchester City - Premier League
De Bryune edged past Leroy Sane to win the inaugural Playmaker award

One for the FPL fans...

33) Aubameyang has averaged a goal or an assist every 75.57 minutes in the PL this season. Surely a must-have player in your team next season.

34) Salah now holds the most points scored by a single player in the FPL history - 303 points. You just can't afford to leave him out of your team.
