#8 Liverpool vs. Cardiff City
Liverpool is doing just enough to be in touching distance of Manchester City who is looking unstoppable again this season. The Reds haven't been their very best consistently this campaign but have managed to grind out victories nevertheless.
Last weekend performance against Huddersfield was a testament of that when Jurgen Klopp's men could have dropped points had the home side taken their chances to score. Star player Mo Salah is yet to replicate his previous season form, but the manager is hopeful the Egyptian has a lot more to contribute than only scoring goals.
Meanwhile, Cardiff won their first game against Fulham at home in the previous gameweek coming from behind to win 4-2. It must have boosted the confidence of the team and the manager who would have an uphill task in hand to stop Liverpool at Anfield. Neil Warnock's side will do just fine if they can snatch any point from this game.
Prediction: Liverpool 3 - 0 Cardiff
#7 Fulham vs. Bournemouth
Slaviša Jokanović 's side blew away a one-goal lead to lose 4-2 against Cardiff in the previous game. Though it's fair to say, Cardiff was the better team, and Fulham needs to do a lot more if they want to stay up in the Premier League. Currently in the relegation zone with a win could see them out of it but only for the time being.
Bournemouth is the surprise package this season sitting sixth in the league. After a string of victories, Eddie Howe's side dropped points against Southampton last time out, but a win would ensure they maintain their sixth place in the league for another weekend.
Prediction: Fulham 1 - 3 Bournemouth
