#3 James Maddison (Leicester City)
During his time at Norwich, Maddison was given regular starts in the team during the 2017-18 season and was named Norwich City's Player of the Season at the end of the campaign, as well as receiving a nomination for the EFL Championship Young Player of the Season award.

Maddison signed for Leicester City back in June for £20 million. His first goal in the Premier League came in a victory over Wolves. Maddison has already registered five goals and four assists for Leicester in the league this season.
He is still 22 years old and would be certainly under the radar of England Manager Gareth Southgate for the upcoming European Championship.
