#2 David Brooks (AFC Bournemouth)
Brooks started playing in the Manchester City youth squads from a very early age. Then, Sheffield United gave him the chance to become a professional player in 2015 and he grabbed it with both hands. He played 33 matches for the team in the 2017-18 season, scoring three goals.
He was caught up with the decision to pick between Wales or England at the international stage, with the player electing England as his international squad. He excelled individually at the 2017 Esperanzas de Toulon tournament and helped England win the competition. Although he chose to play for England initially, he made his debut for the Wales senior team in 2017.
In 2018, Brooks joined Bournemouth and made it to the Premier League for a fee of £11.5 million. The 21-year-old has been in magnificent form in the EPL and has already registered six goals and four assists.
