#1 Manchester City - only the second club to win the league thrice in a row
The Manchester City team that we've been witnessing since the start of the 2017/18 season has to arguably be the greatest we've ever seen.
There have been the Manchester Uniteds, Chelseas, Liverpools and Arsenals before, each boasting their own unique records - the treble, the double, the Invincibles and yadda, yadda, yadda. But this City side is a phenomenon unlike any.
Having dropped just 30 points in the last two seasons combined, Pep Guardiola's swashbuckling side have broken/made numerous records along the way, most recently becoming the first side ever to claim the 'domestic treble'.
At this rate, many more records are going to tumble and newer milestones will be reached in the 2019/20 season. But a more significant one would be if they win the Premier League for the third time in a row.
The Red Devils are the only team to pull off such a feat before, and they did it twice - from 1998/99 to 2000/01, and then from 2006/07 to 2008/09 - both under Sir Alex Ferguson.
It would be the perfect anti-climax to see their city rivals of all teams equaling their unique record. And it's a real possibility.
