Stretford End has seen some amazing, unforgettable goals over the years, but hardly any that was more satisfying than the one scored by this young debutant against Chelsea on Sunday.
An emotional Daniel James didn't know how to celebrate, as he yelled and almost wailed in joy, throwing himself towards the cheering Old Trafford faithful - who were equally jubilant seeing him score his first goal at the Theatre of Dreams.
Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Jesse Lingard, Scott McTominay and eventually the whole team soon descended upon the kid in an elated celebration. McTominay was the most absorbed amongst everyone, almost as though he wanted James to score more than James himself.
It was a beautiful sight, and it showed us once more what the game is all about - playing with passion, playing together as a team, and playing for your dreams. The special debut goal and the passionate celebration brought a tear to the eyes of football fans everywhere.
The moment was emotional for the young James, who had just lost his dad before completing his move from Swansea to Manchester United in the summer. He dedicated the goal to his dad as he pointed to the skies in celebration.
"They definitely are [proud]." James said about his family. "I didn't know where they were in the crowd, I was trying to find them but it's hard to find them in front of this many fans.
"For them and for me, you just couldn't write it. To be here and to play is an honour for me."
James is a player with electrifying pace, one of those young prospects that the fans are really excited about. Wales manager and Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs, the man who many compare James with, has often talked highly of the kid.
The Welsh winger would be one of the fastest players in the Premier League; he often clocked 36kph last season in the Championship.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and United have very high hopes from their newly signed starlet , who is expected to make the right wing his own. United have lacked in that position for several years now, and the pace and skill of James could be the difference-maker.
He will trouble even the strongest opposition defenses, which we saw against Inter Milan in pre-season. He will have to add more goals to his game this season though, as he scored only 5 last season in the Championship.
Certainly one of the players to watch out for at United this season, James could go on to form a deadly trio with Anthony Martial and Marcus Rashford - both of whom also have blistering pace.
