#13 Burnley
Burnley had a rather poor outing last season as they slipped from a 7th place finish in 2018 to a 15th place finish. However, this season should better than the last one. The return of goalkeeper, Nick Pope from injury is a huge boost for the club as he was one of the driving forces behind their success in 2017/18.
They have re-signed Jay Rodriguez after he had an impressive season with West Brom in the Championship, where he scored 22 goals and assisted 6 in 47 games. The club has also signed Erik Pieters and Ryan Cooney, who will add muscle to an already solid defense. Danny Drinkwater has joined on a temporary deal till January. Tom Heaton's departure won't affect them as they have Joe Hart as backup.
They have talented forwards like Dwight McNeil, Ashley Barnes and Chris Wood, who can score goals when needed. Sean Dyche's men won't an easy team to score against, and they will make teams work hard for their goals. Burnley will be reasonably happy with 13th place.
