Premier League launches Nike Incyte as their official ball

Premier League announces that Nike Incyte will be the official ball to be used in the 38 games played next season.

Nike Incyte replaces Nike Maxim, which was used last season. Nike have amended Nike Incyte from the previous prototype, including in terms of performance, reaction, touch, and when the ball was in the air.

Nike uses RaDaR technology (Rapid Decision and Response), which would make the ball more visible by the players on the move. In addition, the outer layer that uses high-elasticity layer also allows the ball to keep moving smoothly and make more accurate than before.

The ball was launched at the Barclays Asia Trophy in Hong Kong. The pre-season tournament was played between three clubs from the Premier League – Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur and Sunderland and one from the Hong Kong, South China.
