Pep Guardiola has asked Brahim Diaz to leave the club. The youngster is among the most talented players in their ranks but there are stories of him rejecting a new deal with the Etihad outfit.

And now Guardiola claims that City are doing all they can to make him sign an extension. However, according to him, if he doesn’t want to extend, he should leave.

"With Brahim it is simple: we want to extend his contract for four or five years and we will do everything. But it's up to him," Guardiola said.

"We did absolutely everything for him to stay but my advice is if he doesn't want to stay he has to leave."

Meanwhile, Don Balon claim that Manchester United could sign Raphael Varane as Florentino Perez is willing to sell him for €80 million. Perez is eying Milan Skriniar and Matthijs De Ligt as his replacement.

United, however, don’t want to pay that much.
