Another club that are going to highly active in the summer transfer window is Arsenal. The Gunners have just started an era without Arsene Wenger and would hope to mark with accolades under new manager Unai Emery.

And if a report from Le10Sport is to be believed, then the Gunners have actually made a €20 million offer for David Luiz, but Chelsea have already rejected it. No word is yet out on whether Arsenal are going to make an improved offer or not.

Meanwhile, the Emirates outfit are set to lock horns with Liverpool for the acquisition of young star Diogo Quiros, according to Portuguese newspaper Correio da Manha, via talkSPORT. He is only 19 and has a £22 million release clause in his contract.
