Arsenal and Liverpool target Max Meyer is set to leave Schalke in the summer for free, confirms sporting executive Christian Heidel.

“Max Meyer will definitely leave Schalke this summer. We’re dealing with the situation very professionally. It’s all been very amicable,” he was quoted as saying by TeamTalk.

Meyer also has interest from a number of clubs including Bayern Munich, Atletico Madrid, Roma, Inter and Juventus.
