Spurs don’t usually make it to this list but when they do, they are always linked with a truckload of players. According to Mirror, Tottenham wants three players to strengthen their unit.
They have been linked with winger Gelson Martins, right-back Cedric Soares and midfielder Ruben Neves, who has been quoted by Yahoo! as saying: “Honestly, I love to play here. I love the boys and I love the fans. I am really happy here,” Neves said at the EFL Awards. “I have it all to stay, but in football, we never know. Yes, I would like to stay."
